Apply for a China Tank Storage Agreement (TSA)
Companies seeking tank storage in Qingdao, Zhoushan or Yantai can submit an electronic Letter of Intent (E-LOI) to begin the Tank Storage Agreement application process. Applicants should provide complete and accurate company, contact, product, estimated storage volume, storage-period and payment-arrangement information.
APPLICATION STAGE
Submit the electronic TSA application form through the official Maxwell link. The system receives the submission and confirms that the application has been received.
REVIEW STAGE
Maxwell conducts due diligence and document review. A service and processing fee of RMB 2,000 is required. The next stage begins after payment is received and confirmed.
AGREEMENT SIGNING STAGE
The applicant compiles and submits the TSA documents required by Maxwell headquarters. Based on the documented requirements, the materials are collected, checked, organized and submitted. The published process states that the TSA will be issued and signed within 24 hours after payment confirmation and sent from storage@maxwelltanks.com.
REQUIRED INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS – EXAMPLES
Business licence; contact-person information; product information; estimated storage volume; proposed storage period; and payment arrangement. Additional due-diligence materials may be requested.
IMPORTANT APPLICANT NOTES
The RMB 2,000 fee is for due diligence, document review and administrative processing; it is not the final storage rental fee. The TSA can only be issued after payment is confirmed. IN PROGRESS – ACCEPTING LETTERS OF INTENT
Maxwell Asia Pacific is progressing a tank storage opportunity in Malaysia. Companies with a potential requirement are invited to submit a Letter of Intent so that anticipated product, volume, timing and storage needs can be collected for project planning and commercial follow-up.
